Taste of London returns to Regent’s Park this Saturday, featuring two exciting specials from Mei Mei that food lovers won’t want to miss.

The festival will showcase a wide array of food and drink, offering sample-sized portions of signature dishes so festivalgoers can taste a bit of everything. Come hungry—and be sure to swing by the fire pit, where we will be serving up an epic barbecue platter.

At the fire pit, you can watch the actions as I prepare two flavorful dishes using Mei Mei’s signature sauce line. The barbecued honey chicken features chicken brined for 24 hours and seasoned with herbs and honey. The lemongrass soy pork—served with burnt mango and a pineapple avocado bean salad—draws inspiration from Vietnamese flavors and is marinated in Mei Mei’s spicy lemongrass sauce.
